Earliest delivery time (in a day) for courier submission of N-400?

Hi,

 

Does anyone know whether applications mailed by FedEx or UPS failed to be delivered to Lewisville (2501 S State Hwy 121 Business), because the delivery happened too early?

Alternatively, does anyone know the earliest timestamp that Lewisville accepted N-400 sent by courier?

 

Fedex has few next day delivery options by 10:30am or by 3:00pm. However, Fedex was unable to tell me how EARLY in the morning they start delivering.

Thanks. For some reason, when I checked on Thursday, USPS was only giving me 2-day option. Today, they show 1-day option as well.

 

What is cat's breed? Prussian blue color is rare.

Hi, 

 

Hi did USPS courier at the same location.  It was initially too early, and then I received a note that it was redelivered in the afternoon.  I'm unsure of the other services.  That said, I'm still waiting to receive notice or a charge after having mailed it on the 29th.
