They still have over 1,900 cases to go for January. ;-(

On the positive side, that puts them over halfway done before January cases are the primary focus. With December cases nearly finished, expect the rate of processing to improve further!

Actually passive-aggressive is when you make indirect comments; I am making a direct comment.  If posters need an emotional outlet, they can call their friends and family or post it on their Facebook page.  This is a forum to help each other.  I recognize that prolific unhelpful posters will disagree with me; but for the rest of us that must sort throught those posts to find the substance, I am sure that I will receive some (perhaps even a majority) of support.  Best wishes to you and yours (and, seriously, that is not a passive-aggressive comment).

I personally find great value in ALL of the content posted in all status threads, not even just my own filing month. It's great that you apparently have such an amazing support group of friends and family and Facebook. I, on the other hand, don't have many friends or family who can relate to my situation. And I have many work friends on Facebook which means I can't talk much about my situation at all on there. Me and my fiance met through work, so once they know for sure that we are going through this process they will know he is going to leave his job and he may get unfavorable treatment because of that. I hardly even post anything on this site, but I read almost everything and it helps me cope with this process; I can only imagine that it helps others too.

And I will make a direct comment as well, your attitude sucks. We are all going through an insanely difficult and stressful situation. If posting a rant or complaint or just simply talking about our day on a forum with people going through the same situation helps even just a little bit then why try to ruin that for someone? There are way more important things to get worked up about in life.

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

Judging by the Raw Data, my receive date only has 6 untouched cases and go figure mine is one of them....

That fact is extremely unnerving, as now I'm sitting here thinking why?  What could be holding it up?  I'm confident they looked at it, started processing it, but something happened during the processing that is holding it up.  Ahhh, how frustrating :(

I feel you!!!

I just checked the sheet and found that the cases before and after ours were already approved. Really does make you wonder if you did something terribly wrong that your case got skipped. :( So worried, but trying so hard to stay positive. Not losing hope that we will get our overdue NOA2 this week. :) Hang in there!

Just because the dates around you have been prossesed does not mean that yours has been looked at. the workers just grab a box of files and put them on there desk, they are not in exact order in the piles just aproxamatly. and your case might just be in a pile with more difficult cases on top of it, or on the desk of a slower worker, or even a worker that is sick or on vacation.
don't worry about it, when they start on your case they wont just put it back in the pile.
