End of day Thursday my day had 13 untouched petitions.  I'm really curious how many were touched Friday as I'm still not one of them

I know exactly how you feel... out of all last week except Friday *as far as I know *  only 9 Jan 10th filers were touched...i am hoping there has been some type of fluctuation...

This wait is horrrrrrrrible.

We have similar dates to you and we got approved 2 weeks ago , you might not be waiting as long as you think! <3

Hi guys I haven't heard from the nvc yet and it's been over 2 weeks since the noa2. I have sent an email to them today to ask for an update. I am from the UK and my fiancee is not in america at the moment but she has been told the nvc haven't written to her yet which is why I emailed. Anyone heard back from them yet without calling?has anyone else emailed them?

Thanks

Hey,

We are over two weeks since NOA2 also! We called them on the 2 week mark and they said they hadn't received the case yet but that they should soon. I've read quite a lot that people have been leaving it 3 weeks and then calling back and they have got their case number! It does say on the NOA2 that the wait can be up to 30 days! I'd leave it another week and then try giving them a call if you can?

Looking at the Raw Data it was updated only for Approvals and RFE's for 4/21

So far no dice for Jan 10 Filers... they are skimping right between us to the filers for 9th and 11th

If my number was there it would of been 8th on that list.  All the rest are after mine :(

Hey my friend we all feel your pain. Our NOA1 date is Jan 17th, USCIS Received date was Jan 11th. The case above and below us was approved on the 20th. If it's any consolation I also lost my job last month after moving from CA to FL back in Sept to accept a job here only to learn the company was sold last month and my position was eliminated. Between losing my job and the frustration here it has taken it's tool on me.

My fiance has been my rock and I just love and miss her so much. She tells me that I'm her rock also.

The best we can all do is hope and pray USCIS continues processing the cases at the rate they have. There are 2,137 cases that haven't been looked at. If you use an average of 150 cases worked a day they should touch everyone's case over the next 14 working days.

We're all getting very close so best we can all do is support and lean on the ones we love, lean on each other here, and have faith that all of us Jan Filers will get our NOA2 in the next couple of weeks.

Keep your spirits high and don't lose hope.

Thank you for your support.  Luckily, I've been able to keep it together a little bit.  I have to be strong for her, and I try to calm her nerves.  Though really inside I'm dying too.

I just made my reservations to go see her next weekend.  We couldn't take it anymore.  I was waiting for the interview as my next trip but we've both had enough waiting.

I hope we both get good news next week.

Hey, is the next step after the approval to wait till the beneficiary receives the package from the local embassy? And do you know how much it takes to get the package?

Hey,

The next step would be to get your NVC case number and then you can track your petition being sent to your local embassy! As far as I'm aware the next steps after this are very embassy specific, as I'm in the UK I don't want to give you wrong information, so I would maybe try posting this in your country forum - or search for the process specific to your embassy via the search bar as I'm sure someone will have already answered the question or provided a guide for you to read through!

Good Luck!

Received RFE yesterday - requirement that petitioner and beneficiary have met in person.

We sent them copies of our passport pages (visas, stamps) and tickets receipts. What else should we send? In the mail as an example and primary evidence is written statement from petitioner or beneficiary (or both) that we have met. Also, I am going to ask other people who saw us together and know us to write such a statement. Would it be enough?

As an evidence uscis also considers photographs of both of us, however it might be secondary evidence. We dont have any picture like that. I have pictures of him, he has some pctures of me. Is it weird? Is it might be a red flag that we dont have any picture of both of us?

Last November we both were trying to cross the border, I was denied entry because they assumed I have no ties in my home country. Anyway, we BOTH were there and after denied entry we spent some time in Canada. They should have a record or something of this. Is it somehow possible to get it, because it is a proof that we have met, isnt it?

Well I understand your frustration but I think they want proof you meet in person. Pictures of you together would be a great start

and any other evidence.that proves your trip was about meeting each other and spending time together. I am far from an expert on this but I know I provided many pictures that show location specific information so they know without out a doubt I visit her in her country. Always pictures of us together. Also provided detailed travel itinerary and receipts that list both our names as well as all boarding passes.. I even include communication with our hotels that include both our names.

Do you have any other documentation other than passport stamps that show you travel together or spend time together?

I am hoping you have something you can show other than a passport stamp. Not sure if written statements are enough as I am also learning the ways of this process. I am sure others may have better advice. I hope all works out for you

I wouldn't consider photos together as secondary evidence as these are very important. In my opinion, more important than passport stamps and itineraries. Do you have at least one photo together, or maybe a video? I'm not an expert on the process as well, but it may be hard to prove the genuineness of your relationship without these.
