So I finally decided to give USCIS a call about not receiving my NOA1 and they told me it was sent out 1/26. They don't  know why I haven't received it yet, but they did give me my case/receipt number over the phone so I can track my case online. Is there any way to tell what service center it was sent to without the actual NOA1?

Looks like the CSC is processing more lately. Sounds like maybe there was training for new forms and with the holidays. Shouldn't have to wait to much longer ???

I have connected with a couple November filers, they just got their NOA2s. There's a person who actually provides them a spreadsheet of daily stats, wow!!! Best wishes!

Grats HuddyBee and Dysphobiahave  (you had sent yours after fee entreated but with the old amount, I assume?) for your NOA1 ...

And sbane ... hope yours will be in your mail soon as well :)

No, it was not because of the amount, the first time I sent the package they received it the 12/22/16 so the old feed were still available. But it was because when I went to buy the money order, MoneyGram gave me a money transfer.. I didn't know there was a difference between money order and money transfer because it was the first time I bought one :(

and the USCIS could not take it because they accept only money order !

But everything is right this time ! :D

Hi everyone. So no one is filing for K-1 from the seven banned countries... the new immigration rules are so scary and hopeless for us :( wish everyone good luck.

Sorry to hear this Aghagol. It is only temporary bans right now, so hopefully all will work out. Just be patient. Best of luck to you too!

Per Visa Journey Timeline Stats, 24% (45/186) of November Filers have their NOA2 Received (This is based off a NOA1 Date between 11/1-11/30).... Let's hope this number starts to rise rapidly :)  It does appear that things are speeding up a bit.  Good luck to all with a speedy process.

UPDATE:  The above was only CSC but if Texas is included (as several people put Texas, even tho all are re-routed to CSC (Not transfered)) that would be ~20% (50/249).  I'm still staying positive tho as many have been processed recently!

Cheers, All!

Hi guys, got approval today. Application submitted in middle of November.  It took about 2,5  months. Hope yours go faster. We have some good info about what's going on in November post.

Congratulations Art :) glad to see they are working thru the November files now!!! Hopefully the keep the pace or speed up more as there are a lot more filings in December because of increased fees ... let's stay and hope together guys and girls!

Wow!. Congratulation Art786 and thank you for the new info. I hope it won't take any longer for all December and January filers to get Noa2.
