It is ridiculous how January 10th barely gets touched,  i definitely know how the December filers feel. :(

Seriously though? It makes 0 sense! Haha so many cases before and after have received their verdict! Us January 10th filers are very unlucky! I honestly think I could be waiting another 4 weeks!

Hi guys I haven't heard from the nvc yet and it's been over 2 weeks since the noa2. I have sent an email to them today to ask for an update. I am from the UK and my fiancee is not in america at the moment but she has been told the nvc haven't written to her yet which is why I emailed. Anyone heard back from them yet without calling?has anyone else emailed them?

Thanks

Starting to do double digits with our date, and a member with the same date saying they got approved yesterday--it's definitely starting to get exciting for us.  Understand that there's still pretty many not touched from before our date, but I'm hoping we receive some good news tonight or next week.  It would certainly be a nice start to our upcoming week together.:)

I feel the same, i have a couple of theories...

A. Us Jan 10 filers are randomly mixed up with other dates and really haven't reached our box yet.

B. Us Jan 10 Filers are mixed up randomly with other dates.

C. The case worker has been on time off or is sick.

Haha how this situation gives us so much time to think!

Hello, there.  Hopefully we'll both get good news soon.

I'm excited that they're starting to touch our date and hoping that we receive news soon, but at the same time feel for those with earlier dates that still haven't heard anything.  Especially when reading the December thread (or even some still left from November).  It really does seem like a random process at times.

If I didn't laugh I would cry!

Yeah we are on the same boat (same timeline actually). There were not many received January 10th at first...and we keep sitting around that number...Better laugh than cry I guess. All we can do is hope and keep moving forward.

Okay perfect thank you for sending out the breakdown of the details. I'm sure everyone appreciates this including AkesAngel's daily updates as well.

At least they've touched over 40% of our cases.

Hopefully we will continue to see this level of activity going forward.

Thank you again for taking the time to send out the stats.

The "All number", 3621, is the total of all the files received in January, and I think it's including those which were rejected at the beginning because of wrong fee or something. Those cases were sent back to the petitionary, and I am pretty sure that's the reason why the "rejected" number is so high..!

Yes, it is high. Check out the spread sheet. They are rejected because they send incorrect fees or didn't sign the form or filed improperly.

Like kamikazi sayd that is the reason they gor rejected, and you dont need to be afraid to get rejected for that reason, beacuse those cases have been on that staus from the beginning, they never even gotten the case recieved satus in the 1st place becasue they never got there check cashed and were not filled at all.
