Got the great news that we were approved while I was talking to my love.  We are over the moon.

We were approved 5 minutes ago!!!!!! My fiancé is texting me now but I'm going to wait until he gets home so I can tell him on video chat. I received the notification via the Case Tracker. I have the USCIS app as well but it only updated after I opened the app. I can't stop thanking God enough!! I pray that others will get their approval soon as well. I checked and others who were received on Jan 19 were approved today alsol.

We're still waiting. Can't help but die a little on the inside everytime we see applications with received date after ours get approved and we're here like... uhm... whyyy???

It's a jealous happiness.  I'm really happy for everyone who got approved but jealous too!  My receive date is Jan. 5th and still nothing

Totally. Happy for all the couples who finally got their approval but I'm here just trying to hold my tears back, wondering why our case isn't being touched. Did we do something wrong? Was our packet not presentable? Was it not organized and hard to go through?  I try to stay calm but it's pretty hard when everyone behind you in line is getting their NOA2 because USCIS keeps skipping you.

I feel the same too @HazeyHaze. We are happy whenever we see people got their approval. But in the other side, we wonder why the applicants after us got their Noa2. Even they touched some of February 6th cases. 

It's been 96 days of waiting now.

Hope we all get the good news soon !.

You are still in a good position though.  You're still a week away from the "estimated" time frame where your petition would get reviewed.  If I were you, I wouldn't worry yet.  You still got a week before you reach the "average" time.

 

Unlike me who's past the "average" time frame by a week already.  I'm starting to worry now.

We are on day 40 and the wait is horrible.......I can't imagine 96......hang in there!!!

I just got a notification from my app. Got excited only to find out "A similar case was approved". Bummer.

 

I'm just a few days behind you in terms of NOA1, though. Reaching 100 days soon. Waiting is tough, but what's tougher is seeing later cases already being approved. Like, whyyyyyyy WHYYYYYY?

I hear ya, just got off of skype with my love in the Philippines,,,We talk about the wait but we know it will eventually happen when our time is ready...Dear god I miss that girl so much but I love her even more because she is so willing to wait

Just checked the app and we've got an RFE. Will wait and see what it is about, but our situation has changed, so we will most likely not continue the K1 process. 

My fiance got stationed abroad for 2 years, so I'll be moving with him, getting married, and applying for IR1/CR1 instead.

 

Hope everyone gets their approvals soon! 

(And for statistics sake I'll let you know what the RFE was about when we get the hard copy )

That worries me

Fascinating....I'm thinking this may have to do more with people rushing their applications fearing what the new administration would do.  And perhaps not so much to do with USCIS.  In any case better to get an RFE than have a lost case file.  Good luck to those still waiting!
