Wow, 41 RFE's compared to 34 approvals for January so far.  That seems like a mighty high RFE number.  Over half of the touched cases for January are coming back as RFE's :o

That worries me

Yes it worries me a lot.  And if you take a look at December's stats, there were over 700+ RFE's in April alone, including 156 RFE's on 4/17.

I think our January cases are taking a backseat to all the December RFE's.

  • 01/24/17 --- NOA1 date
  • 05/03/17 --- RFE notification received
  • 05/10/17 --- RFE response sent
  • 05/12/17 --- RFE response received
  • 05/24/17 --- NOA2
  • 06/22/17 --- NVC case number received
  • 06/26/17 --- Package received at RDJ embassy
  • 07/18/17 --- Interview (APPROVED!)
  • 08/05/17 --- Arrival to Minneapolis, MN
  • 09/30/17 --- Married!

I really appreciate her data/posting, but it definitely does not keep me sane- I lost that a while ago. =P

(And don't always know how to interpret the data and then drive myself more insane)

So .. does that mean 'current' processing time is about 3.5 months (still) ? At CSC

IMG_7809.PNG

It means that there should not be any open cases with a received date before November 15, if so the couples are able to call and get them to check their case.

Just got my NOA2 approval on 4/17/17!!!  I-129F was accepted on 1/9/2017.... looks like they are coming in!  What is next?  I hired a lawyer to do everything because I didn't want to mess anything up.  This felt like it took forever but stay patient because it will get done!

And the whole time I thought it means cases from November 15 were approved/denied/.. on February 28 which means 3.5 months .. I feel so stupid. Btw I'm from Germany too and at 90 days now. I hope I'll get it soon like you did
