If you look at your timeline page, it will give you an "estimate".  You haven't entered your NOA1 date yet into your timeline.  You should do that.

Current wait between NOA1 and NOA2 is 93 days.  But that number may go higher soon as later in January much more petitions got filed.  But if all stays on the current course, for your petition, preliminarily, I'd guess around 25th of April.

Yes.

I think I'm rubbing the USCIS Icon off of my phone from too many touches a day.

We knew that we were going to be in for a wait, but after waiting now over 90 days the frustration is really beginning to build.

It's all in Gods hands and on his timeline.

So I have a stupid question

I received an email on 1/20 about UCSIC Acceptance Confirmation but when I use the Cse tracker app it says received on 1/17

So what day should I use as my NOA1 day?

My hard copy says received on the 17th and sent on the 20th

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number WAC1790177123. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

This confirmation provides notification of the date USCIS received your case.  This notice does NOT grant any immigration status or benefit. You MAY NOT present this notice as evidence that you have been granted any immigration status or benefit. Further, this notice does NOT constitute evidence that your case remains pending with USCIS. The current status of your case must be verified with USCIS.

Posts will be normal again tomorrow.  I was just filling in and ran the scans and took care of the analysis while at work today since my Angel is flying here (she's on the last leg of the flight and should be in Atlanta in about 2 hours).  Sorry for the inconvenience on not posting links for the sheets.

Enjoy your visit with her!

I am glad you mentioned this, Because on my hard copy it says on my Notice date that the date was actually the 13th! All this time i am thinking the notice date was the 16th when they sent me the text. It's  a relief to see it was earlier than i thought! Thanks!!

Caooo!

We have the same noa1 date of Jan 19th and VJ is estimating noa2 between April 20th and 25th. Hopefully we get lucky and it comes even sooner than that as I have seen some around jan 19 already with approvals.

Good luck!

Hey friends!

I know we're all on different walks of life, different ages, coming from different countries (if you're a beneficiary) - but I'm sure the waiting is just as hard and frustrating for all of us.

I'm a beneficiary originally from Macedonia but currently living in Belgium, and our NOA1 date is Jan 23! Now we're just refreshing the USCIS app a million times a day hoping for an approval :)

Just reaching out to wish us all luck, thank you guys for everything!
