I  no she was married before that's why we waiting  until she get a divorce to file for the fiancée visa she just got her divorce November of last year because I seen her marriage Certificate Thank you for the information just have to wait  and see what happens  it been two and a half years we met her family is helping her  it's been this long man is a little more patient

I do not know about your country but it was not needed in the Manila Embassy. It is needed for her CFO she will do as soon as she has her passports back

never hurts to send a copy just in case, I sent a copy of mine and later found out she needed for CFO. Always best to be over prepared

So those of you that registered for CFO in Manila I have a question. Will my love be able to register her daughter who is only 8 online

not seeing much info on how she will need to do this. Pretty straight forward for her. Also see she needs to upload a photo? is that correct?

we are so close and her CEAC status is changing daily so its just a matter of time

Hi, what I know is that children below 12 y/o are exempted to atted the PDOS ( GCP for your fiancee). Th girls doesn't need to. Just make sure your fiancee has the sole custody of her daughter if previously married . If out of marriage, she is good to go.

Everything is good for custody. Live Birth shows that...OMG so close to finally being together
