RFE for Divorce Judgment (easy) and Imbra Convictions (I answered Yes and then  "On a separate piece of paper...").  Damn confusing instructions!  I had several misdemeanor convictions for drugs sent all my COC's in except for two (2) I was unaware of.  They were not reported on my State's  Crim Record Report that I relied on for Imbra compliance (1 was Sealed via NY's marijuana decriminalization law & 1 Unclassified VTL misdemeanor 35 & 20 years ago).  It was only by a chance encounter with the Court Clerk that I figured out what was missing.

Atleast you already sent all they need from you. :) Btw, I'm the beneficiary from Ph. Are you the petitioner?

I will wait until the RFE deadline of Aug 14 passes. Admittedly, I sent my RFE documents in 3 separate mailings.

Hey, you mention an RFE deadline? What is this? Where can I find it?

this waiting is endless! My NOA1 was January 3rd, RFE issued July 23rd and received 25th 😐 I'm beginning to lose my head!

Good luck to those still waiting. I am rooting for you.

As I said before, Ysa and I are super happy for you both. We anxiously wait for her POE on the 30th!

I'm very worried - http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php?trim=no&cty=&cnty=Canada&page=1&dfilter=5&topic=

on the most recent review, apparently the interview is supposed to be booked as a non-immigrant visa. I think I booked mine as an Immigrant visa! This is confusing. How do you know which type it is booked as?! Can anybody from Canada help
