You e-mailed NVC or USCIS?

Do a follow up e-mail and write to them that you sent your original e-mail on July 19. It has been [x] days since USCIS has sent the case to NVC, and you have not heard anything since.

i emailed NVC and i always follow up the last email,  but they replied the same. "The USCIS locate your petition and its on its way". The person who replied  his name is Carlos.

the other person replied to my follow up email  was Artur and he said that "we will contact uscis about your issue"   See now im confused i dont know if they telling the truth or not.

Everytime I call Immigrant I press 5.  Every single call  same answer "your petition is not in the system" 😭😭😭😭  its 2 months already since the aproval notice 😢😢

Have you ONLY been pressing 5, or trying the regular way too (option 7 on immigrant line)?? The only reason I ask is because both the new system and old system seem to be completely separate and those using one system can't see into the other.  For example, I kept being told on option 7 they didn't have my petition until one call they told my fiance to try option 5 and they had had it for a few weeks there.  I don't think they were lying to us when they said not received, I just think they really couldn't see it.

Either way, I'm sorry this is happening to you.  It's not fair.  I would just keep sending emails, as Im not sure what else you can do.  Can you request a supervisor when you call?? Do you know if your embassy will contact you once they receive it?? (Just making sure it's not possible it's somehow sitting there waiting for you).

Hello! Are there any January filers still waiting for NOA2?? Or anyone with experience receiving a RFE and waiting more than 60 days since they have received it and still do not having a NOA2 yet ?

Ok! I wanted to see what's the most someone has waited for the NOA2 after they have received the RFE Bc I'm getting worried. Over 2 months so far and it just seems like a long wait when I have read people getting responses days after.

Us too, NOA1 on 2-1-2017 and May RFE with 8-14-17 Reply deadline (K1/CSC).  No case update since sending in requested documents (required 3 mailings).  The waiting is endless agony.

Hi guys, tomorrow Friday is going to be the 59th day since USCIS received my response to their RFE. They asked me to wait for 60 days before I call them again. Any chance they would help me tomorrow, especially weekend and July 4th are coming...

Did you end up calling uscis ? I'm in a similar situation right now on day 63 since they received my RFE and when I call they just tell me to wait.

Yeah, I called. They refused to do anything until it was more than 60 days. It was a public holiday when I was told to call again, so I did an online query. One day later I was approved according to the online tracker...

Request like what?    Ive been telling them that my petition was approved more than 2months already and  my validation of my NOA2  is until Sept only.  But they  tell same answer "email nvc or call uscis"    😭😭😭

When I asked them what would happen passed the 6 weeks, they told me I would need to make an email request and they would try locating my petition. Seems like you already did it, when they say it's on its way.

Oh my goodness! That's a long time! I hope I don't have to wait that long!! Probs will though! I had to wait 7 months for them to give us an RFE!!
