Our RFE received date was July 25th as well and we got NOA2 approval three days ago. We've been wait for to long. I pray you will got your Noa2 this week.

My CEAC tracker got updated again, which give me a heart attack thinking my visa was approved. No, still in AP...

Is there still a lot before receiving the visa...

Mine updated everyday until issued...But it went really really quick. It's the only part of the whole process that took much less than the normal timeframe...Interview Wednesday and Issued Friday, delivered Monday.

All of this to say don't lose hope, them updating your tracker means they are looking at your case!

Good morning! 

We still dont have a Case number from NVC since our approval date last May 31 2017. Its been 10 weeks already and the validation of our NOA2 is Sept.  Im so worried and we dont know what to do. I kept calling everyweek  they always say "Your petition is not in the system" 

 

anyone here same situation as me? Or NVC had a problem?

 

Its so frustrating and upsetting 😢😢😢

Wow! That's a long time. Have you tried contacting USCIS to see why they haven't sent it to NVC yet?

That is a really long time!

 

Did you try calling both immigrant and non immigrant lines? Option 5 on the immigrant line is the way we found out they received it. Calling the non-immigrant for weeks and they didn't have it

The same thing as Orit- have you tried option 5? (only on the immigrant line, but they pick up pretty fast).  This was also the only way I found out they received my petition, as my case was being processed in the new system and only those on option 5 could access it.  However, I (well not me but the petitioner) also received an email with my number at about 5 weeks

You need to make an official request to the NVC. Call them and tell them it has been 10 weeks and they will direct you as far as what to do.

Yes. I called them twice already and they told me that "it take up to 90 days" beforeNVC receive it.    Its that true? 😢

Everytime I call Immigrant I press 5.  Every single call  same answer "your petition is not in the system" 😭😭😭😭  its 2 months already since the aproval notice 😢😢

On NOA2 there is an e-mail you can send an inquiry to.

 

NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

Use your WAC# as the subject line 

Include: Petitioners name/DOB + Applicants name/DOB

Request like what?    Ive been telling them that my petition was approved more than 2months already and  my validation of my NOA2  is until Sept only.  But they  tell same answer "email nvc or call uscis"    😭😭😭

Yes.  Last July 19 and they said that  the "USCIS locate my petiton and Its on its way to NVC"  since that date, I tried calling but the same answer "youre petition is not in the system"

You e-mailed NVC or USCIS?

 

Do a follow up e-mail and write to them that you sent your original e-mail on July 19. It has been [x] days since USCIS has sent the case to NVC, and you have not heard anything since.
