My visa was approved. I wrote in my timeline about the experience. Many thanks to all of you for keeping this forum alive and therefore my sanity and anxiety on the right track.

YAY!!!. FINALLY... After 200 days of waiting, today we received NOA2.

Thanks God the waiting of Noa2 is over. We are ready to move on to the next step. Still don't know what to do because we are left behind.

Here's our timeline:

- NOA1 January 17th

- Sent inquiry through Congresswoman early June, Called USCIS and talked to Tier 2 officer third time since early June but result nothing.

- Send inquiry through USCIS Website on June 28th

- Received RFE email/notification July 15th,

- Received Hardcopy RFE letter July 19th,

- RFE reply sent July 22nd

- RFE received by USCIS CSC July 25th

- Noa2 date July 31st

- Noa2 letter arrived August 4th.

My email went off when you updated your timeline. I started following you a while ago so I could wish you well when this day came.  I can't imagine how hard this has been on you and your F. I only can stand in awe of your resolution and say 'well done'

Thank you @AnJ Co. I still remember all your kind words and support. It was not easy for me and my Fiance, but there was nothing we can do after we've done the best. We just accept the situation, waiting and let it up to USCIS to decide whenever they will approve us.

Thank you @mbassett. How's the result of your fiance medical check up?. Did she get the result of her X-Ray and sputum test?. I hope you and your fiance are well and continue to the next step. You deserves to be together with your loved one.

Just let us know if you have any questions! You can start calling the NVC non immigrant (I found the immigrant one to be always so busy they would hang up automatically), in two weeks to see if they have received your petition and assigned a number to it. Then with that number you check this website:  https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/, choose immigrant visa, when it says ready it's nice. As things get a bit country specific after that I suggest you check your country forum or the uscis site for your country. You can start filing the DS-160 whenever you are ready, just save it and don't send it until your petition is ready.

Thank you for the support and info @PR&PR. For now we just read some people experience after they got Noa2. I just glad the waiting of Noa2 is over, so we can continue to the next steps. Hopefully after this everything goes smoothly.

Thank you for your support @TriloByte. I never thought this thing finally happened to us. Waiting on the uncertain time is exhausting, especially for beneficiary because I feel our life is on hold. Now we can continue to the next steps. I also happy for you and your fiance. She finished the K1 process, approved at the embassy and will be together with you soon. May you and your loved one have a wonderful lives ahead

I just realized I forgot submitted the documents of " proof of us citizen", is that   problem that will cause extra time to process my visa? They approved my interview already,but I found that many people already issued their visa but mine. If I want to submit it back,how can I do it?

they already have established citizenship at uscis filing stage so if they did not ask for that proof again at the interview then you are good.

No update as of yet! They received it on July 25th! So fingers crossed it's soon! We missed out a lot of stuff so maybe ours will take a little longer! I'm just thankful we got response, finally!! We nearly waited 7 months until we heard anything after them recieving out NOA1! It's really not good enough! But it is what it is!!! Good luck to you too !!!
