i agree there is no terminal fee coz it was already removed the cfo lady said

Did your case tracker say you were approved right after your interview? I am asking because mine is still in AP three days after the interview while we thought we would be approved once the consulate receives my medical, which should have arrived at the consulate according to the timeline provided by the doctor. Thanks!

Mine was still in AP since my interview this wednesday.

 

It just got issued!!!! For once it has been quick for me.

I had my interview on Wednesday. Yesterday morning the ceac status was administrative processing, it has changed in the evening on issued. And today I got my passport with visa inside ^_^ Only three more weeks and I will be with him again after almost 10 months brake. I am so happy!

No, it's in the status of "Application Received". I have read that this is normal. It will change from that to AP, then Issued. I am hoping about 8 days.

Tickets are bought and we are scheduled to move back together August 14th.  Flying the red eye into Newark, arriving early am on the 15th, then renting a van and taking a little road trip home to Cleveland.

 

Reason we are doing the road trip and not flying from Newark to Cleveland is because we are moving her dog, and boy oh boy the rules and regulations and price of moving this dog internationally... lol.  How complicated and expensive.  The dog move has been more stressful than setting up and coordinating our move.  So we decided on a non-stop flight so dog is handled just one time and takes just one flight.

 

Besides that it's all good :)

Too bad they make such a big deal about dogs, but overall, sounds like you got it all worked out well in the end!

Yep, the long, boring trek across the full state of Pennsylvania on I-80 :P

 

I hope there are a lot of rest areas along that high way.  I'll need frequent stops after flying a 6 hour red eye :(
