Yahoo finally got approved this morning at my interview! The lady mentioned being part of a new pilot program (Yippee -_-), where I will not have as many documents to carry, they will be send electronically, I guess. Just gotta pick up my passport with visa. I will do a review after I get some rest and come back from work. My visa is already under AP.

I was wondering, now that I got approved, can they still request more documents, or everything is fine and I am just waiting on my visa?

Everything should be good especially because you're already in ap. just wait another few days tops for it to be issued and you should receive an email when it's ready to be picked up or delivered 😊 Congrats girl!!!🎉🎉🙋🏼

This is the happiest moment I have ever experienced in my entire life.

For those that still are waiting, stay strong. There is no greater thing in life than to share each moment with the one you love.

How exciting! We are so excited for you TriloByte. It is about time! LOL

How long then til your lady joins you in the US?

Hello January filers. Is there anyone here has not yet receiving their NOA2 yet? I'm just wondering bcos there are lots of delays in USCIS. Thank you!

Us. 197 days of waiting. They let us wait for 6 month. After we sent inquiry, we got RFE. We sent the reply 12 days ago.

Now we are still waiting for Noa2.

I believe there are few January filers who still waiting as well . All we can do is just be patient. Because we can't control the way they work through all of the files there.

I feel you. it's just too frustrating that they let you wait for long time and they will give u RFE. Yeah! we can't control on how they work our cases. Just hang on, be patient and pray for NOA2 soon.

A verbal approval does not guarantee a visa approval. Your file will be gone through one more time and if they are satisfied then your status will change to ISSUED. Then you are 99.9999999% approved. Until it's in your hands don't buy airline tickets. I have seen some who were delayed after given a verbal approval at the interview. Cost them just as much as the original ticket to change it once everything was sorted out.  Most process without problems and I suspect the same will happen for you.

There is a terminal fee it's in your ticket now so you can by pass the kiosk that is no longer there hence no collection in person.

There was no terminal fee in my ticket breakdown, just travel tax. When I was at the airport, people providing assistance have been telling everyone in the lines that there's no terminal fee being collected anymore. I believe this was a recent change, perhaps you can confirm it with a K1 Filipino travelling to the US soon, since I've traveled several times before as tourist. Also, there was a sign at the airport with this statement that someone can probably take a photo for you.
