My ceac status just changed from application received to administrative processing, that's a good sign right..

I think for the most part it means it's being processed and should be issued within a few days!!!  I'm watching for when you get it, since I go through Montreal in two weeks 😅

Well I'm hoping that's what it means since my interview was on July 19th and hadn't changed until today. And it was really easy the interview part at least in Montreal. The entrance was a little hard to find. You just have to look for the big emblem above the door it faces the road. We almost walked past the street not realizing :P I'm hoping I get an issued status soon

I took a gamble yesterday and booked my flight for sept 6 (exactly 4 weeks after my interview).  I know things can go awry, but I found a cheap flight and if worse comes to worse, I can pay for the change to a later date.

Thanks for your tip on finding the embassy.  I think I will go look for it when I do my medical just to be sure.

Yeah I would definitely find the embassy before your interview date so you know where it is. My fiancé and I walked up the street from our hotel the night before the interview and found it. Made it much less stressful the next morning walking to it.

We received a notification saying that they have received our RFE!

Does anyone know a time frame in which we should hear an answer?

Hei All iam february filers

this is may be stupid question , but can you please help?

1. Instruction for I-134 Affidavit says "YOU MUST SIGN FORM I-134 IN YOUR FULL NAME"    Can you please tell me what does "SIGN IN YOUR FULL NAME" Means?  Do my fiance(as sponsor) just write his full name and don't put his cryptic signature? or sign and write his full name ?

2. Should Form I-134 Notarized because USCIS said   " (Note: Signing Form I-134 is under penalty of perjury under U.S. law).  For this reason, it is not necessary to sign Form I-134 before a notary, nor to have your signature notarize after you sign it. "

thankyou guys for helping me to answer it

1. Not sure how we did ours but i think write name then sign. Dont make shortcut signature. It must be similar to all other documents..

2. We did not have ours notarized.. you dont need to. But it is an offense to lie any info in this documents

Hey no it wasn't me, mine said application received for awhile and then finally changed to administrative processing. Then yesterday it changed to issued. And now it's ready to be picked up.
