Just finished the scan, and as Geo noticed earlier, there are no updates to Friday :/ no idea what's happening there, but it's totally frustrating! I really want to see that they worked at least, even they still aren't touching our case.

But hey ... we still wont lose hope, right? Wish you all nice day and pray for a bunch of approvals the next few days!!!

Hello, where do you find this info?

Case numbers for K1 petitions are generated sequentially, so in theory it's possible to look up any case number on the USCIS website other than your own. Doing so will give you the status of the petition, and when it received by USCIS. VisaJourney user @geowrian created an automated script that allows you to check thousands of case statuses at once, say all of those filed in November for example, in order to paint an overall picture of progress and which cases are being updated. I believe the script has been made available to a few others, so if you see the results of a scan, that's where the info comes from. Most people post daily updates in the relevant threads, so keep an eye out in the future!

Just found this forum, very s :)  Thanks all for the posts and analysis.  I filed Jan 03 but my case wasn't in the system until Feb 02 and NOA1 date was Feb 06.  Anyone else here had the same 1 month delay ?

Maybe your Mail was delayed at some points but at least your package was saved.

Good luck on your journey :)

Depends on the nature of your RFE (and some randomness), but the average time in my data is within a week. Some are within a couple days, others are a couple weeks.

Hi all! A visitor here, over from my usual existence on the November 2016 filers page (noticed there isn't a December page). You guys will be each other's support to lean on, which is so great! Just a small posting to say that you are in for a long wait, I believe - and digging your heels in and occupying your minds with other things (and ability to de-stress) is going to be so important. Having followed this site and the November filers' forum diligently from sending my K-1 back in November, I can say that they are still finishing processing cases received at the end of October 2016, and a very, very small number of cases from early November 2016 are being processed. Ugh! My receipt date at USCIS for my K-1 is November 14th....and of 461 cases received for k-1 that day, 10 were rejected, 1 was approved, and 450 remain unworked. I am hoping that USCIS pulls some magic, and begins working quickly - but I don't want anyone to get their hopes up too much, as the vast majority of us from November are still awaiting our NOA-2. Good luck to all!

Where did you find out the amount of cases submitted the k 1 one the day u sent in ur pkge?
