Ysa and I are super happy for you HazeyHaze. Her interview is Monday, so we are going crazy a bit, but Ysa is super organized and I think she is very ready for this. Once again CONGRATS!!!

Good luck on Monday.  I am sure she will be fine.  Like they say, be honest and prepared and that's it.  :)

Hello everyone.. Called again the NVC and still the date of birth is incorrect. It's been a week tomorrow since I sent the email. :)) Yesterday my Fiancé already emailed them.. this time with the scanned copy of my birth certificate and passport biopage. Hopefully we'll still get the hardcopy letter until next week.. :((

Hello, I have a question for those who have already gone through with their interview specifically in Manila (USEM). Does my  fiancée (K1) and K2 still need to submit Police Clearance (Certificate) at the interview?  She and her k2 ALREADY HAVE NBI Clearance and they didn't live outside Philippines for more than 6 months. Thank you and Congrats to all of us. Those who are still waiting...hang on and keep smiling.

Interviewed last June 21 but on hold due to 221(g) issue, which I have submmitted (NBI Clearance) last June 30.

Is NBI clearance alone good enough? or we still have to submit Police clearance (certificate) eventhough my  fiancée didn't reside outsie Phils.?thanks!

How long has it been in that status.. i mean when was it last updated? I tried calling about it, they are very scripted.. although a 221g can take weeks..

The last update is today.

my fiance got interviewed last june 20 and got 221g too ( asked for additional proof of relationship )  .  Submitted the evidence on July 10. Case was updated yesterday. I've been told that it will take 2-3 weeks. Some are longer. Keep us posted with your journey, id like to see how 221g processing goes with your case.
