HI All,

 

I was InterviewedLast June 21 here in Manila, Philippines. the Consul told me that my Application is on hold because of the Section 221 (g) they have noticed that my Birthcertificate has reflectiing a 2 names Joe (wrong spelling which I corrected to Joi 10 yrs ago and this is the name that I used in all my documents) they requested me to get a NBI Clearance under the Joe name. I got request and send them the Clearance last July 5. as per CEAC website the last update is July 6. 

 

I am worried now since I am not sure if my application is Approved or not... does anyone here have same case like mine?

Did you you already receive your visa ? 

Your timeline isn't up to date so I couldn't see when your interview was, but at mine they specifically said it takes 2 weeks.  And possibly longer if it requires extra processing.

 

Use the CEAC website to check the status of your Visa.  If it's K1, check for "Immigrant Visa Status"

I'll update my timeline my interview was 6/30 , for some reason I thought you get the visa sooner then that. 

 

I kind gave up on the ceac website because it still says at nvc , when we've already had our interview and have already been approved. This is so nerve recking. Loll

My status just updated to "Issued" 

 

I don't know what to do now though....  It's not being delivered to an address.  It's being delivered to a DHL location in Bogota they had us choose from on a list.  Is their a status update after Issued called Delivered or something???

The interview is finally scheduled for Aug 1st. 

 

For everyone that's still waiting on NOA2, please hang on a bit longer. It's gotta be soon.

No, you'll get an email or a text from the courier saying it's ready for pickup

Mine finally says issued..... updated today 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🤷🏼‍♀️

Well you getting your stuff late didn't slow you down that much. Lucky you, I still do not have an interview date! Or packet 4, or any idea what the hell is going on with my stuff. Something is wrong with Montreal it seems.

I hope you get things sorted soon. We didn't get a packet either, but some in the UK say they never do and it didn't seem to matter much as we scheduled everything just fine.
