Hey Everyone, so an update for the interview that my fiance had...

SHE PASSED!!! :D

It's a relief that the interview process is finally over! The only thing she was not sure of was the prior company's name I worked for but they knew our relationship was genuine.  They asked her the typical things like

-Where was your fiance from?

-how did you meet?

-what's your Fiancèe's work?

-how long did he work at his current company?

They didn't really ask for any evidence or looked at the documents, but told her she was approved!

They took her passport and said you should receive the passport and visa within 2-3 days! :dancing:

Great! And great they said 2-3 days. I had read the visa printing system is down, but maybe it is fixed. Or it is not everywhere that is touched by it.

That was also what I was fearing after reading before the interview, but hopefully the system is back up and running so everyone can be with their loved ones soon.

It was good to hear him say that it will take only 2-3 days so that brings some hope that visa printing is back up.

I just asked her to ask how long the visa would take to receive  and he had responded with 2-3 days with Kerry express.

In the DS160 there's one question in between all these security questions and I just want to be sure I understand it right.

'Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with the US law?'

I guess I have to put a 'yes' there since I'll have my medical tmrw and they will give me all the shots I might need and not have yet requiring to the US law right? All the questions are 'no' questions except that one that's why I'm confused

I definitely will! She will be going away for a few days until I arrive, but we can track the passport to see if the visa issues ^^

It's hard to say especially through the holidays, we will know more conclusively by the end of this week. If you receive your visa, please update us! I will make sure to express the same courtesy, i'm pretty sure we could use less drama especially for all of us January filers.
