Ahhh... yes. It is also under Consulate review on the home page.

The June 24th date confused me a little bit but I guess that was just an error.

Thanks ^_^

Im guessing they have to review it first then post it on the consulate reviews..

I thought it was some temporary site-wise IT issue: it is not then. Every time when I call them, they say that serving us well is important to them and they are trying to improve their services. Really hope they can make some improvement here and provide the service they promised (the tracker). :energy:

well it could be some kind of issues that would touch only the approvals... we do not know how the system works ..but after 4 months it more seems like a lack of transparency...

I received my case # yesterday, so hopefully in a few days the case will be sent to the embassy.

They sent it pretty quick because when I checked to track the case it didn't say in transit I called them everyday and they said we just sent it off and the next day it said ready.. btw you don't have to wait for them to send you packet 3 & 4 do it online or if you are unsure go to a local consulate by you to fill it out

I know it's not listed on the package 3 checklist and I'm not there yet but do we have to bring a copy of our petition to the interview?

It's not required as the embassy will have received a copy of it when sent your petition from USCIS/NVC, though it doesn't hurt for your own records to have it with you!
