Haha I know the feeling all too well !! From what I've seen France is slower than a few other countries tho lol. I've seen someone having their status changing to "issued" the day after their interview ! 

But once the visa is approved it is definitely easier to wait

Oh dear god

Been reading about the Sputum tests and what me and Juvy are facing

I know she has 3 straight days next week. hopefully a negative then we wait for 2 months

What scares us is a positive. OMG  a day trip everyday to St Luke's for 6 months to take medication

Well we talk about it and most important that my love is healthy. We will figure it out if needed

dear god I miss that girl so much...Praying we get through this soon

Any one else go through this process?

My fiance went to her medical today, passed all but then was told had to go to dermatology before she could get her immunization?  Wonder what they say other than goose bumps from being cold in the place?  Anyone else get a dermatology referral?

So it's been 2 weeks exactly since NVC received our petition. I just called them and that lady (I wish I could call names here) said 'well it takes longer with the new system, also it doesn't mean the petition will be send faster to the embassy once there's a case number, it will take as long as it would via mail and I don't know when you will have a case number.' 

 

Yea I'm beyond frustrated.

I've to add: why are they even doing this new system thing when it doesn't change anything except the embassies will have the petition on a computer?

She said her chest got a little red from being there, that's it.  Said she was cold, They said referring to dermatology.

It's gone now

 

I just hope it is not a long delay.  It was too late getting out of there to make her appointment.  She got there at 5 AM and didnt get out till after 4:00 PM

 

Or maybe they just wanted the 1000 php for the derm

Hey everyone!

 

just a quick question, I would like to know anyone who is in Canada if they could tell me how many photos I have to bring to my medical. I chose dr Lyndon mascarenhas and his website says one photo but on the embassy website and pkt 4 it says 4 photos. I'm confused

actually it makes the process faster, your us embassy receives your petition in a shorter period of time.

If you start very early and there are no issues.  Plus if you need vaccinations they can do in one day, but many times make you come back, as far as I know so far.
