hello - others can correct me if i'm wrong, but I think Form G-325A needs a wet signature, doesn't it? does that mean you have a non-filled out G-325A form but with your fiance's wet signature on hand? because you say you can send the RFE reply tomorrow but I assume that your fiance is out of the country to be able to sign the form!

Yes should be easy to fix ... fill the form, your fiance can print and sign it ... then scan and send per mail ... you have it wet signed in copy. I would just add, that this is a copy of the original and the original can be showed at a later date, if required. Think others mentioned that that will work.

There will be a total update every day now here too for cases Nov-Jan ... as there are still a lot of Nov/Dec cases are unworked atm ... probably Jan cases will need an additional 4 weeks before they really start working on it

Oh i see! I was under the impression that this form plus the letter of intent to marry needs to be submitted in originals. good that a scanned copy will do though, since it will expedite the RFE reply process for the OP. =)

I just realized it when I filled out the form yesterday so I took a picture and send her to fill out by herself with signature and scan then mail to me. I think I will receive her mail by Friday.

Maybe they had two copies of each documents just like what we did. G325a and intent to marry we have two copies just in case they ask for it we can provide easily

Cool! Too say the least, this is an easy RFE to comply with! Best of luck to you! =)

Thought maybe that was the case too. When i mailed my fiance my part of the application docs, I sent blank ones with wet signatures just in case. i'm worried about receiving an RFE. =)

Depends what for. The scans people do on here, which references the USCIS website, uses the date USCIS says they received it. The VisaJourney timeline uses your Notice Date, which is normally later.
