Not so good news for my bride to be at her medical

looks like she is scheduled for the sputum tests at St Luke's

Hoping for the best. Trying to stay positive, for my once in a lifetime I can wait however long at takes

good luck to everyone in your Journey

Being positive and being by her side always will be a big help. Been in the medical and I saw some applicants being told that they need to come back. It hurts because we are all here wanting to be with our amore. We are just being tested in different ways. I will be having my interview this 20th and now am starting to feel so nervous and be so worried with every tiny details. It starts with a friend call who got her interview today and was told that the CO woll reverify her case coz she was annuled and was even told to submit a recent CENOMAR. And though am never been married it made me worry coz my CENOMAR was released 24th of April. Ayeyayayay another thing my fiance got one dui he was put in jailed it was 2012 and he paid for an expungement of records but even though idk if this will affect us. I even over prepared our documents like ill be bringing 2 binders & one big plastic envelop for our proofs and docs. But then in the end, my fiance and I talk and we always say lets just lift it up to the Lord. Everytime we say it together it makes us strong. So am sharing this to you guys.

I hate posting right after @mbassett tough news (hang in there my friend), but my Ysa just completed her medical in St Luke's in Manila. Great news was she was able complete the exam in one day. We highly recommend that you arrive at the earliest you can because the line gets horribly long. Ysa got at 3:00am and was done with her exam by 10:00am. She came back at 1:20pm and got her results and immunizations. On to our July 17 interview.

I'm happy for you that you finally know when the wait will Be over.

I still don't have my case number :( they still haven't received it. Sucks

Hang in there, dear! I noticed that cases going to Canada take a lot longer to get there, but it will, and I hope you get your case number soon.

I'm still not sure about July 20, though. Who knows what will happen during my medical. I'm almost 100% sure I will get scheduled for psych eval, but I really hope I don't get asked to do the sputum test.

What did the doctor see in her x-ray? I got an x-ray early this year and the doctor said I got nothing to worry about, but this still makes me anxious. :/ I hope your fiance gets cleared quickly!

You still have a few days before your interview, so I highly suggest you go to the PSA office to get a new copy of your CENOMAR. Some officers are strict and don't accept a CENOMAR that is more than a month old. A VJ member was asked to get a more recent copy during her interview even though the one she tried to submit was less than 2 months old. :( So yeah, I wouldn't risk taking a CENOMAR that I got in April if I were you. If you really can't, though, then let's just cross our fingers and hope for the best!

Yeah I think because shes annuled the officer wants reverification. She was asked to fill out a form from PSA then us embassy will be the one to check it. Since our case is different we never been married so now all clear to me that its okay. Over here PSA OFFICE can only release the cenomar after 4days so it will be useless if ill go tomorrow. Idk in Pasay. I got few vj posers who told me that the cenomar shouldnt be 2 months old. I got a friend who did cr-1 who told me 6months is good. So most cases it depends on the consular officer. Idk what PSA OFFICE will issue a cenomar in one day. Am from Cavite.

Yep just hoping for the best so far. I will keep you posted guys on what will happen on Tuesday. Even I myself don't wanna stress too much but can't help it. Anyhow, I don't think I will be able to request CENOMAR tomorrow because they will not issue it withing one day over here so itll be useless. Besides, if they will ask a CENOMAR it doesn't mean denial. If you know youre never been married then its all good.

:o

CENOMAR is only a requirement in The Philippines. :)

Some countries, like country my fiance is from, Morocco, require proof of singlehood at the interview. (Which is what CENOMAR is, proof that the beneficiary is single and eligible to marry), however very few countries require this. If nothing about some kind of singlehood/unmarried certificate is referenced in the packet 3 you received, then you don't need it.

I'm still not sure about July 20, though. Who knows what will happen during my medical. I'm almost 100% sure I will get scheduled for psych eval, but I really hope I don't get asked to do the sputum test.

But I'm from Germany :( don't know how it is for us Germans. Feel like every German got it after two weeks and I'm at 23 days and soon 30 ..

just be honest and tell them it was in your past. I feel like it's a big deal to do the medical in the Philippines. Never heard of such a test before. Here you just go there in and out in a few hours or even less.

Wish you good luck!
