Yeah, that's exactly what I'll do. But it's pretty hard to not worry about it when you're me. :P I'm good at worrying. :D I just really want to be with my love and I don't want to screw up. Anyway, thank you and good luck!

Haha I think we are all good at worrying! Ugh I still don't have a NVC number and I am worrying, what if my package got lost in the mail? Seriously it cannot take over 4 weeks, for a package to arrive from one place to another. It makes absolutely no sense!  I am becoming just like at the end of the NOA2 process, really impatient and worried. The NVC was supposed to be faster and easier. Yes the timeframe is shorter, but still now I am way above average and I am starting to worry. Anyone has heard of similar situation where people have been waiting for over 35days and nothing... What can be causing this?

I have hear of a VJ member with a similar case to yours. He had waited exactly 6 weeks for the petition received at NVC. It was frustrating for him. He kept calling NVC to ask bout the case for 6 full weeks. He has no idea tho...

Hmmm, I wish I had the answers but I don't. One thing I noticed though is that a lot of the members here whose cases are going to the US embassy in Canada waited a long time in the NVC stage. I haven't heard anyone from my country, the Philippines, say they had to wait a long time, though. Maybe this is a country thing. I am not sure. Just an observation. :/ I hope they give you your case number before the week ends! We are worriers but we gotta be warriors, so hang in there. :) Soon, we will be with our loves. :)

Day 135 for me ... also for Brazil ...this wait is taking too long

Wow. That's incredibly long. So sorry to hear this. You will get NOA 2 soon, hang in there.

My fiance is from SP. We received NOA 2 at 120 days.

But now we are back in the waiting game again for the NVC case #.

This is a painful process of wait, wait, wait, and more wait.

Thank hunny. Warriors, worriers...two letter difference :P. It could be a country thing. I just wish I knew, it would make it easier...As of now them not seeing anything in the system leads me to think they have not received it...which is my main worry, like did it get lost in the post :o ? Wouldn't make much sense to lose such sensitive documents though..
