Just a question to my same January 2017 filers who got a copy of their i-129f. Is your i-129f expiration date is 6/30/2016? Coz I noticed mine with that date. Will there be a problem? We got approved already and now am getting ready for the interview

It's been 147 days of waiting today (receive date : January 17th) and we haven't received anything yet :(. We did our best, we called USCIS twice, talked to Tier 2 last on June 2nd, sent inquiry to Congresswoman and got their response but nothing from USCIS comes yet.

 

Hopefully we will get the letter soon this week. 

u will have noa2 this week just hang in there

Better look at NOA 2. Approval validity shoul be around 4 months..

Hey there,

 

it took 13 days for me to receive pkt 3 in the mail from when it left nvc. It said that the embassy had received it 4 days after the nvc sent it.

 

NVC Left : 2017-04-27
Consulate Received : 2017-05-01
Packet 3 Received : 2017-05-10
Packet 3 Sent : 2017-05-26
Packet 4 Received : 2017-05-30
Interview Date : 2017-07-19

Your case gets sent to NVC.  I started calling them (NVC) about 12 days after the NOA2 date, but most say wait two weeks then start calling.  They will tell you if they got your case, and the case number assigned to your embassy.  Good luck.  Hope it goes fast for you.

You do not have to wait for packet 3 to arrive in the mail. You can find the packet 3 for Montreal online. That way you can get everything ready already as well as actually send packet 3 as soon as your case says ready.
