Hey guys,

Does anyone know how realistic the estimated visa journey processing times are? Received NOA1 January 23rd and it says we should get NOA2 between April 21st and 24th ..

Currently it's about 85-100 days for NOA2.  Some are outside those numbers

Received RFE (I-797E) hard copy today and this is what they say:

Form G-325A

The form G-325 submitted for the beneficiary is not complete and not acceptable. Information regarding the beneficiary's employment was not provided on the form. As such, please submit a completed and signed form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet, for <applicant's name>. The form G-325A must be completed using <applicant's name> information.

Please noted that the form G-325A is required for filling of the form I-129F and that the form G-325 version is not acceptable. This form can be obtain online at: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf

I was using form G-325A not G-325 but I didn't put her employment on the form so that's all additional evidence that requested by USCIS.

It will be easy fix but I will make sure they have everything they need before send this bad boy out by tomorrow

NOA1: 23Jan17

RFE:    08Mar17

Isn't G325a the same form? I printed out duplicate copies and put our information.. looks the same to me.

Sorry I seen your mistake now.. disregard.

For sure that I don't know why they said G-325A instead of G-325 because I am 100% sure I used form G-325A but whatever.

This process now is making me nervous because now that they have new employees, more RFES is going to be sent out and from last year filers they were up to January around this time.. seems like every single year they will have a backlog.. increased fees for what smh..

cleardot.gifGoing to get that posted in Nov/Dec/Jan filers since all data is in there.

Someone asked to add the summary of received Jan cases, so that's why they are in there now too.

It's the combined data from Geo and myself ... and yes doubles are removed.

hello - others can correct me if i'm wrong, but I think Form G-325A needs a wet signature, doesn't it? does that mean you have a non-filled out G-325A form but with your fiance's wet signature on hand? because you say you can send the RFE reply tomorrow but I assume that your fiance is out of the country to be able to sign the form!
