You're going to want to call your embassy for an official answer.

 

The embassy I'm going to specifically says in the packet instructions to bring all passports she's had.  But this differs by country.  Call your embassy.

For those who are still waiting! We have got RFE today! We feel better cause it let us understand that we are not forgotten and our papers are not lost! 128 day from NOA1! The information was given on the official USCIS case check site. We are waiting for the mail now to get to now what we need to add to our case.

trying to get my Juvy set up for her medical

says to bring the the Letter with Case Number 

where so we get this for medical in the Phils

01/27/17 – I-797C arrived via USPS

05/05/17 - NOA2

05/23/17 - NVC Recieve

09/11/17 - Approved at Interview

09/30/17 - Visa in hand

10/17/17 - POE Washington DC

11/11/17 - Married 

01/29/18 - AOS sent via USPS

02/20/18 - TXT and email notification of receipt

09/29/18 - EAD recieved

02/12/19 - Interview Scheduled

we are also still waiting for noa2 after we got rfe last may 2017

my fiance just sent the packet 3 email, he had to send it 3 times he sent it 3 times because the first time he put our receipt number instead of the barcode number, ans then fhe screen shot was illegible-he doesnt have a printer and the site wouldnt send the email of the confirmation to him or me so he just took a screen shot of it, are either of those going to be a problem?

 

how long does it take to get packet 4?
