Sorry, I don't know how the process works in Thailand.  In the Philippines, we just used the MNL number as soon as I got it and paid the embassy fee, and made appointments.  We did this before our packet ever changed from In Transit.  Her original appointment was scheduled for June 28th, but someone apparently cancelled and she got it moved up to June 1st.  I wish you all the luck and speed in getting your appointments and having your fiance with you.

Random.. I just received a letter from the NVC stating they have our case. More than a week late but just letting you guys know NVC sends out a notice 😂 

 

We've already scheduled my fiancé's interview on June 16. We've just booked his flight to Manila. He'll be flying Wednesday. Then SLEC on Thursday. 

 

Things are moving pretty fast. Not complaining though 🙌🏼

To give some hope to any other January filers still waiting for NOA2...we finally received our NOA2 today after 153 days of waiting! We honestly thought it would never come at this point. We are estatic! 

 

Good luck to all those still waiting. It is so hard to see others moving along this process while you feel left behind but do not lose hope, your time will come and it will feel so amazing

Just out of curiosity, how long did it take everyone to receive their packet 3/4 from the embassy after the embassy received your file from the NVC?

My receive date to the Embassy is May 19th, and 17 days later still waiting on the packet to arrive to my fiance from the embassy...  -.-

I called the NVC today and apparently my k1 visa petition arrived at the NVC and now it's just waiting to be processed. The person told me it would take up to 2 weeks to process. Does it really take 2 weeks?? I thought it takes 3-4 days after arriving

just got an email from nvc with our case number!!! 

i called friday night  and rhey didnt have it, but i just got an email im so happy

Hey, @Hannah96! Nothing from NVC yet? Hopefully we'll have our case number when my fiance calls them on Friday. :/ That'll be the 18th day from NOA2. Fingers crossed!
