Yes this is too much!!! :(

NOA1 January 17th

We are on 127 days now.

We emailed the Senator last week but we haven't get any response yet. We called CSC talked to Tier 2 officer, and he said our case still not been assigned to any officer yet :(

They said average processing dates are dec-15 now. But that's just average

My NOA1 is January 20 2017. Still no update every 2 weeks my lawyer called the USCIS but their response was Nov 15 or Dec 15.  So stressfull!!

Why is it when you call the nvc, for me they always ask me if it's a certain visa (I don't remember which visa they say but then I tell them it's a k1)

also I swear they have no customer service as I  just got off the phone with someone who was very sarcastic and rude.

26 days and waiting for case to be at the nvc

I have gotten the same treatment from 3 different people. They sit behind a phone protected by the US Government. They are cowards, it's that simple. If they tried it in person they are likely to get backhanded.

Apparently not because we didn't file with a lawyer. Just used this website and I have a friend who had gone through this process years back. I think it depends on the service centre it goes to and how long their processing times are. We were extremely fortunate to have gotten our noas so quickly. I feel for everyone who is still waiting. It's like hell being away from our loved ones I completely understand 😣 I haven't seen hubby in 2 months and he's coming June 8th thurs until Monday and I couldn't be more excited. I know a lot of you have waited longer than I so I'm hoping you hear something soon 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi all, just want to share the info. Our case status in NVC say "Ready", but something told me to call embassy and they said they don't have our papers yet... so do You think its ok to fill DS-160 and make payment and schedule appointment? Or just call every day and wait for them to receive the papers? I will call tomorrow one more time and if they wont receive it, than my fiance will call NVC and ask them which day exactly they send it... in Poland we don't have to send nothing to embassy, we are bringing all paperwork to Interview, so I was just wondering if I can schedule appointment if I got all my papers and medical ready, all we are waiting for is them to receive our packet...
