Oh well at least you have the electronic one & you know that they have you guys in the system! :) I hope the next one gets to you no problem!

I hope so to

This message worries us a little, we have contacted them twice and filled it in, it gives you a messages that we will get a email conformation that it is in teh system and they will resent it, and tht is what they also say on the phone. but our states stays the same and we have not gotten a email sinds the 1st one on 30 jan.

On February 24, 2017, the Post Office returned your document to us. We will hold your document for 180 days or until August 23, 2017. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you do not submit an online request by August 23, 2017, we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), with fee. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I see some of the same problems and missing case numbers:

1. The earliest numbers are in the xxxx165xxx range, e.g. ,:

1790165642        1/12/2017        Your Current Status: Case Was Rejected Because It Was Improperly Filed

1790165741        1/9/2017        Your Current Status: Case Was Received
no low-number cases, including mine, in the xxxx161xxx range

2. If you sort by date, there are earlier dates, starting with 1/3/2017, but the case numbers seem out of range, e.g. ,:

1790170293        1/3/2017        Your Current Status: Case Was Received

1790179918        1/3/2017        Your Current Status: Case Was Received

3. This is true (numbers out of range) for the few December cases, e.g. ,:

1790174766        12/23/2016        Your Current Status: Case Was Received

1790174767        12/23/2016        Your Current Status: Case Was Received

4. And finally there are some clearly wrong dates, e.g.,:

1790197902        3/30/2017        Your Current Status: Document Was Mailed

1790199498        3/30/2017        Your Current Status: Document Was Mailed

I honestly have no clue how to fix it.
Those are the case numbers, and dates the scan script created by Geo produced. I even started my very first scan based on the range of his December case number list which he completed, so in other words the last case number for December was basically the first number I started scanning at.

Thanks for taking care of the people after me! I just saw this now.

There's a couple issues here...

1) Not sure on this as I haven't look for the exact data. It might just be a skipped number in the range...I did that several times myself when parsing the various 5,000-query scan lists together into one master list. All the numbers start to look the same.

2) Correct - this is normal. Sometimes a later case number will have an earlier "last touched" date. That's the mystery of USCIS...

3) Same as above.

4) Yes, this is a known issue that affects only a handful of statuses. Certain statuses do not specify the date that they occurred...like the "Document Was Mailed" status. As such, the only date it has to go by is the date that the document is expected to arrive by. This leads to some "funky" dates. I originally didn't notice this until after I gathered the Nov. filers so I didn't go back and try to code around it (and not sure what I would even do since there is no known "last touched" date to pull from the USCIS Case Tracker status). This occurs so rarely that I just ignored it in my data set as it doesn't really impact the final results...and when those cases are eventually modified to another status, they'll fix themselves.

Welcome to the gang. As far as I know, nobody's received a January approval yet. They're currently making their way through November and have also started on early December, with one or two cases approved up to the 8th of December. It will probably be another 4-6 weeks before January starts seeing some movement. Current projections for NOA-1 approvals seem to indicate mid-to-late April for January filers, but of course it could be before or after this point.

If it is late April for an I-129F approval, you *could* be able to get the NOA-2, NVC transfer, and visa interview completed by August 25th..but it might be tight. I'm hoping to have my visa by the end of July but in all likelihood it could be closer to August as I filed later in the month!

They are starting to move thru Dec they have touched files thru 12 December thus far

Hi, I sent my package on 20 Jan and got my NOA1 by 23 Jan.

On 4 Feb I requested for an expedited and was told that I will receive notification by email from them within 5 business day. On 10 Feb, I called USCIS and talk to Tier 2 people because I did not receive anything and she told me that they did sent me an email but it's not the right one so she gave me Atenntion Code with Fax number and all documents required for experdite. I faxed all documents the next day and called for another expedited request for their response. 5 days later, they told me that my expedited request was approved and my case status will be update within 45 business day.

Hopefully I will receive my NOA2 soon.

P/S: I used military status for experdited request :D

What should I do ?

What for the hard copy to come in the mail.. the mail should tell you what additional evidence they need from you.. how come you got through so early did you expedite?
