thank you, that was assuring ! yes my mailing adress was listed.

I am a bit confused, I was expecting to fill DS260 for immigrant visa ! on the consulate website, we are required to fill DS160!

I believe K1 people fill DS260?

From what I found out, the NVC handles visa processing for many types of Visas and their instructions pertain to 90% of the visas types. But... the K1 process is handled differently. The consulate request that you fill out the DS 160 not the DS 260. I highly recommend that you fill out only what the consulate asks for. The NVC customer support person I talk to said that any other process you follow (including friends advice) will only complicate things.

Hi guys a little bit of advice.

I had my interview last Friday and got approved and am so happy. I checked my online case status and it still says "ready". I also checked the page I booked my appointment through and it says current status is "appointment".

Does anyone know how long this should take to change? any ideas would be brilliant. I appreciate it was Friday afternoon and we have had the bank holiday period but just so I can get a rough idea?

thanks all

Are there any Jan Filers still waiting for NOA2? Getting nervous and my case was transferred on thursday 5/25 for some reason, I called they didnt really tell me anything and im still waiting for the mail. My case was at California Service Center where everyones is and got transferred to another USCIS Office so I am confused and nervous why my case seems like the only one to get transferred.

im in the same boat as canadagirlreece, ive been calling every day since last friday, im at 21 days today approval on 05/05 and no case number

We're still waiting on our case number, and our NOA2 was April 27th....

How are there NOA2s from May getting approved before ours? Does USCIS not forward the approved petitions in date order??

Is anyone else with an April NOA2 still waiting for their case number from NVC? I've been calling regularly and just keep getting 'we haven't received it yet'.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated! :)
