Hey guys, my case showed "at NVC" for a week also, it still said that last night, but this morning it said ready :)

Fingers crossed for you both !!

May I ask when your interview date is? Just trying to have an estimate. I'm hoping to get the earliest possible date but our case is not ready yet. 😌

You can look online. Theybhave the updated earliest apoointment. I think you can signup already, the payment and schedule can be to follow. :) that's where we saw the earliest dates for appointment. Last night earliest was around june 27. And most days of July are availBle as well.

Hi guys question, on the ceac website it says in transit but it says the national visa center has scheduled my interview date but when I called nvc they said, they have nothing to do with that...so I'm confused?

for K1 Visa, principal applicants can schedule interview appointment. After your embassy/ Consulate receive your petition, they will send you package 3 instruction with all the steps you have to follow.

Something everyone might find amusing. Tonight I got an email from USCIS stating that the expedite I requested 4 days before my case was approved, was approved a day before the NOA2 date of approval.  I just now... got notified hahahaah. My case has been at NVC for a week now haha and I already have case number

how many days will i wait for the NOA2 after they received our RFE response letter in USCIS

Hi. You asked this question 3 times now. :P Again, it may take as early as a week after they received your response... Most people got their NOA2 after 2-3 weeks, but there are also others who got it after a month or more. It's been almost 3 weeks since our response was received and we still don't have an approval. I hope this is clear enough. :) Good luck!
