There it says this

On February 24, 2017, the Post Office returned your document to us. We will hold your document for 180 days or until August 23, 2017. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you do not submit an online request by August 23, 2017, we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), with fee. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

We dit that right away, but the messages stays the same. how long do you think that should take

We called them they filled in that online form becasue the site was not working on monday, they sayd we would get an email conformation that they sent it again, but we have not gotten it. i mean last week monday.

It's often normal for an NOA-1 hard copy to take 7-10 days to arrive. So far it's been 7, so see if it's arrived by Wednesday and then give them a call. Alternatively, try filling out the online e-request form again to see if the site's up and running again.

Then my advice would be to call again this morning and confirm they have the correct information for your case!

Ok we are doing that, Thank you.

No problem. Have you also checked for any errors in the US citizen's mailing address? Or anything that may have meant the document couldn't be mailed to you? Like I said though, I think in these cases it's best to speak to an agent and make sure you get a real-time update on your case status. Good luck!

We had them on the phone last monday, they updated our case, but its not comming trough, we checkt all the copys of the forms we sent in and there are no mistakes on there.
The agent dit not say anything about a mistake in there system.

The only thing we can think of is we live on a miletary base, pacages almost always take longer to deliver. But we get mail from homeland securety all thime for davids work, so they should be able to deliver.

Aww that's annoying! Hopefully you get it soon. Is it just the paper copy you are waiting for? Have you had the electronic notification yet?

I found one case number recieved Dec 21 and they got approved Jan 31 ... there's another one from Dec 22 and they got an RFE on March 1st ... we have the same receiving date but unfortunately our case didn't get touched, as all other cases of mid to late December as well
