While I cannot imagine them being too helpful...maybe try calling uscis to ensure they sent your petition.

what would be the number to call? also what do I say?

because my noa2 states that it was sent to the consulate and not the nvc so I don't know if that will be an issue, I know all cases go through the nvc first

I don't know the number off the top of my head. You can just google "uscis phone number" or im sure its posted on VJ somewhere. 

 

Just ask to verify that your petition has been sent to the nvc.

 the above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate. please contact the consulate with any questions about visa insurance...ect, it talks about sending it to another consulate, then in 2 small paragraphs it talks about being married within 90 days and then it has a noticr about how the uscis reserve the right to verify info ect

Hi guys question, on the ceac website it says in transit but it says the national visa center has scheduled my interview date but when I called nvc they said, they have nothing to do with that...so I'm confused?

May I ask when your interview date is? Just trying to have an estimate. I'm hoping to get the earliest possible date but our case is not ready yet. 😌
