I called CSC because I freaked out since almost everyone with same RFE received response date got their NOA2 and I thought the system is broke. But no, they still didn't work on my RFE response of course. They said I can wait up to 60 days which just ruined my week.

Everyone here says the systen is down but when they sent RFE and received the response my case status got updated .. so it's not down for everyone I guess.

Hi, Hannah. I called them yesterday and was told the same thing. It's been way too long... and the fact that we got RFE'd for something we sent them in the first place makes it all worse. I'm so close to the point of breaking down right now. Seeing everyone getting approved, even those who sent their response after we did.. It's tough. I feel you. This week is almost over so let's just hope we finally get that approval next week.

Seriously, I've been playing my computer games til I pass out just so I won't have time to cry my eyes out. This is so frustrating.

My NOA2 states the same things. But all fiancé petitions go through NVC. 😊 Called NVC and got my case number 😊

Haha,  yeah, it's me. She was scared that USCIS was watching me bad mouth them, so I went incognito for her ;)

Maybe we will run into each other at some point.

I remember sitting at the Austin airport the first time she visited for 3 months. The border control had her detained in the interrogation room for about 3 or 4 hours flipping out over the planned long stay. They even came out and quizzed me twice. It will be nice when she has that Visa in hand so that hopefully we can avoid all of that going forward.

Hoping for a speedy POE for you!

That's sweet of you. Thanks! I see your interview is coming up so good luck!

I'm just very upset that we got a passport photo RFE when we sent 3 copies of ours along with the petition. Names written on the back of each, and the photos were in a ziplock bag. Made sure we followed what they wanted to the T. Sigh... And even after responding a day after we got the letter, those who replied later still got approved before us. It's really unfair how USCIS officers are processing cases...

I live in Marikina City, btw. I rarely go out but we can hang out some time. :D I'm currently playing Terraria, Town of Salem, and Stardew Valley.

I do not have an approval number actually. Only the WAC number that hasn't change. It is all they have asked me up to now. I guess when they receive it and see it in the systems they might ask for the DOB before giving me any information. The only additional info I have is the A number.

Did you call them and asked for A number?. Our case is ready for interview and still haven't receive the approval notice. Im a little worried that they might ask for the approval notice or A number.

When you call if you give them you uscis receipt number if they have your case they ask you for dob of beneficiary and name , if they don't have it nothing will come up and you'll have to call back . They say wait six weeks ..... I didn't I call twice a day every day! I got my number on Tuesday, afternoon. When I called in the am they didn't have it by the time I called in the afternoon they had just received it .

I know .. I've been crying my eyes out already and can't even focus on work anymore. That's just not fair. They lost our pics and because of their mistake it will take so much longer now. She said 60 days but I don't think it will be more than 30 .. at least I hope so.
