Well, i check this table once a week and they recently updated it ( im not sure when but it was this week ) So the date " March 31, 2017 " is not when they update the table.. It stated there that the " Processing cases as of Dates: " is December 15, 2016 under I-129F (K1 Visa). If you read closely, you just have to add and subtract, well I hope it's that simple, but then again, it's just my own opinion. I wonder what's going on over there. ( January 23 2017 filer here )

when i called the very first time as the process had just started for me, they told me that this table only gets updated around the 15th of every month.  Don't keep checking it cause it will drive you crazy.  It has been the case every month around the 15th as long as i started.  I filed in January.  Next time they update it I'm pretty sure it will say "as of April 30, 2017" they are "working on cases from January 2017" but it's not all true.  They can't move to the next month without completely finishing the last and it make's people worry.  Don't go by this, it's less stressful!

I'm the same. Feb 6th noa1. And wanting to get married around October/November. They seem to be taking so long. 🙀

yes,it does bother us now. we can't plan too much now,we are looking for venues but we can not pick one now until I know our petition is approved. And my family and best friend will come to Houston for our wedding, they want to know the exact date so that they can get the flight ticker earlier, absolutely the price will be cheaper.Hopefully all the Feb. filer will get the approval letter soon!

We called 1-800-375-5283.

We had some problems getting our case number to be accepted.. but if you press nothing when you call you eventually get through as they presume something is wrong (the key to speaking to a person on any automated system is to intentionally press the wrong thing until they figure you need manual help!).

What did you say when talking to the person answering the phone? I want to make sure I ask the right things to prevent them from becoming irritated

How long does it take to get to the consulate? I called NVC today and they said my case was sent to the consulate yesterday. & on ceac it says, in transit. Does anyone know? Thanks.

From what I've read on here, it takes 3-5 business days for the petition to reach the consulate as the NVC uses DHL. You're one step closer to approval, so congrats!🎉

We simply explained we had sent back an RFE to USCIS, and wanted to know whether or not the evidence we provided was suitable and if it had meant our case was approved yet.

Awesome, thank you.

I haven't heard anything on my case since my NOA1 - no NOA2 - no RFE - just waiting, so would it be pointless to call them at this point?

So ive been looking religiously and just checked again and my case says this on the uscis site....

On May 24, 2017, your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number WAC1790177116, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by June 23, 2017, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Im nervous now does anyone knows what this means... I called yesterday spoke too tier 2 and they said my case was at California Service Center.. Does anyone know why it left there and has anyone ever had this happen? Any answers would be appreciated, thank you!
