i received my verification of employment,  i tried to upload a pic but i couldn't.  would this wording suffice

to whom it may concern

this letter is to certify that shalyn Taylor medeiros is currently employed by wells Fargo bank na. as a home preservation specialist. her dates of employment are from March 16, 2016 to present.  she is a full time,  non exempt employee working 40 hours a week at a hourly pay of 18.15

it is signed and dated.

so i started working there Last March,  quit to go to school in August,  then cane back home and got a job again but they still count my start date ad last march instead of this January.  is that an issue?

Our case was approved on 05/05. Called the NVC today. I was told they still haven't received our case yet. 😔

Congrats!.. You should try to call soon or maybe you will receive a mail about the MNL case number. We got ours unexpectedly

So we got the schedule already July 20th now I realized that I think I entered wrong info of my fiance. He is working in a manufacturing company as a fabricator and I didnt noticed the option in type of job as "others" I only chose "engineering". I dont know if that will be a problem. What should I do? should I just leave it like that? or I can simply inform the officer about this error as this information will not reflect in the visa and this can be considered as a minor error?

thank you @dbmathis ... I just wanted to share cause I have seen you posting and doing scans, which we are all thankful for, and I just thought if it happened to me then maybe it could happen to someone out there as well.  Again, I didn't receive the NOA2 letter yet, if I didn't call I would still be waiting for NOA2 to arrive to my house.  It was a long shot, but I took a chance.  Now while I continue to wait on NOA2, I will just do what I can now with the info I have.  Wish you the best and hope you get the NOA2 soon!

You might get the NVC letter soon if you called the NVC already and informed you to call back. When we called there last time they asked us to call back after a month and we didnt called we received a letter with case number after two weeks

It is fine. That's also what we've received from Dell. With the company letterhead. And no, I don't think it'll be an issue. It's only supplemental to your I-134. Some people are self-employed. If asked, you can simply explain it. Make sure you have the recent 1040 and W2. They say it isn't as important, but we're also adding pay stubs.

Our NOA2 is 05/05 but we only found out because we received the letter in the mail on 05/12. We got case number on 05/18. From NOA2 date roughly it's 2 weeks to get to NVC with the case number. You should have it in a couple of days..

This might be me overthinking, but while filling out the DS-160, there is a question that reads basically "Has a US citizen ever petitioned for your before".  Well, I'm petitioning for her now, so do I mark that a Yes.  Or is it asking before this petitioning, in which case it would be a no?

Any insights?
