Yw. For 3 household size, 125% is $25,525. You should be fine.

Did they already receive your case and you are just waiting on the number? Or are you waiting for your petition to get to the nvc

Our noa2 is just one day after yours so im curious. Thanks!

Yup, accordingly NVC hasn't received our file yet. So no number yet. But then again it seems like based on people's experiences here, you have to try multiple times. And my fiance will try again today.

we also got the passport pic RFE like yours and we didint even forgot to put it in the form wen we submitted it before

Yeah, it seems like many people got the same RFE. Our photos were also sent along with the petition and our RFE letter does not state that our photos did not meet their requirements so I am pretty sure they got lost somehow.

do you know how many days u will gonna received NOA2 after u send the RFE in the uscis? thanks

It may take a week to maybe six months. @Danni_xo got her NOA2 a week after their RFE response was received, but I also know some people who got their approval after 3 weeks, 2 months, and even half a year. It's all luck at this point.

We just got our approval this morning. USCIS received my RFE reply on May 11th (last Thursday). Hope you get your approval soon. It shouldn't be too much longer :)

Congrats! I'm glad it only took a week to get your approval. You didn't deserve that RFE in the first place. Officers are just being careless these days...

So my stupid question of the week....I see so many RFE for passport photos...seems like they lose them

I was instructed to put in a plastic bag and label with our names as well as label the back of the photos with our names

Is it possible some did not write their names on the photos and they got lost that way?

Just wondering as it seems so many people sent theirs in yet they get RFE

I can't speak for everyone but I am pretty sure ours got lost. Our photos were in a ziplock bag, attached to the back of the form. We sent 3 photos each and wrote our names at the back of the photos, too. Followed all their requirements, plus, our RFE letter did not say anything about our photos not meeting their requirements. One filer shared his RFE letter and there was a sentence there that said something like "Your passport photos did not meet our requirements", so I guess if there was something wrong with ours then our letter would've said something like that as well, but all it said was we should send photos.

But again, I can't speak for everyone else. Maybe these officers use different templates. Maybe not all of them specify that the photos they received don't meet the requirements. I keep thinking that maybe if my fiance listened to me and stapled the ziplock back on a blank sheet of paper, we would not have gotten the RFE. Sometimes he just won't listen to me. :P

Hi everyone!

this is probably a silly question and I think I already know the answer but my us fiancé is filling out the affidavit of support I-134 and he earns approx 24,000 annually. Is this enough to cover just him and I?

Thankyou😊😊
