DS160 & Fees were done in January 2017. Tracking number is the excuse or someone to get off their as*es. Everytime i contact them its something new, and DHL is the source of the problem with tracking number.  And this process started in September 2016.😓

we just got RFE today 😢

Aww, it's okay, dear. It sucks because it's going to delay your NOA2 even more, but at least you know they're already working on your case. Our RFE was that they needed our passport photos, which we included in the petition but they seem to have gotten lost somehow. We sent our response the day after we received the hard copy. Just act quickly and make sure you provide them with what they ask from you. Also, someone must've already answered your question but nope, you'll only find out what your RFE is for once you receive it in the mail. Perhaps you can review the copy of your petition... Maybe you'll find something you missed there.

Anyway, good luck! Hope you get approved soon! :D

Did someone with a RFE get their approval yet? Visa journey says latest June 4th I should hear from them. I mean they touched our case, lost our passport pics and wanted them New with A number on the back. If something wouldn't be okay with our case they could have already denied it right?

We have exactly the same RFE. They lost our passport photos as well. :( We got the hard copy on May 4 and we sent our response the day after. Received on May 9. Still waiting. Hoping we get an approval before the month ends. Let's keep each other posted!

Yes please! We got hard copy on May 5th but sent it back on Monday the 8th. Received May 12th. He came to visit me and we were in Paris too, he left yesterday after 1,5 weeks and I'm just so so sad. I'm so ready for the waiting to be over.

Hey everyone, I know I read something about it a few days ago but I can't seem to find the page :( I found this website https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/vaccinations.html

that has a list of vaccines to do for the K1, but I remember reading on this thread that some vaccines may not be needed if I'm not part of a certain age group ? Just wanna make sure I don't get a shot I don't really need before going to the embassy doctor...

thanks :)

Yeah I was part of that discussion! Anyway basically you do not need the shots for the medical or the interview. It is for the adjustment of status. But it seemed from the discussion that Pneumocoque and rotavirus and Hep A were not such a big deal depending on where you come from. Oh and varicella if you've had it.

I have come to the conclusion I am going to wait to see what the doctor on the appointment tells me.

Hey! How do you know that CSC received your RFE? They change your status ?? I sent my RFE on may the 4th and my status is still frozen on " we sent you a RFE ", not " we received it". They should received it on may the 9th something like that... I thought my status was still the same because of the huge probleme with notification, but now i'm really worried...
