we just got our RFE today 😢

I do not want to be rude or anything, but you know that you posted that message about 15 times?

I am very sorry that you got a RFE, and to answer your other question, unfortunately you have to wait for the snail mail to know what it is actually about. Hopefully it is something easy to fix and you get approved quickly after! AT least once it will be received back, your case will go back on top of the pile! Your case hasn't been skipped or ignored! @Emmz I am sorry to hear about it. But at least you finally hear something today and you can fix it because it's not a denial. It's just something you need to sent for more evidence.

Me and my fiance are still waiting for the mail from USCIS either is approval or RFE. It's been 122 days for us now and we sent an inquiry to the Senator since three days ago. Hopefully we will get something this week.

Don't lose hope if your congressman tells you it is still in the "case received" status or "still being processed".  That is what I heard from my congressman and I received the approval letter 2 days later, and the approval date was before the congressman inquiry.

It will happen.  They certainly don't follow any timeline or process in any order that makes sense.

Good luck

Thank you for your support @Angel&Eric. We really wish this thing to be happens. Kind of tired on waiting but this is what we must going through.

It will be okay. At the end, we will be together and get married.

Curious to hear how many here (if any) are waiting on an approval having had an RFE returned to USCIS? Not sure how long I should expect to be waiting..

There is still 2 more days left for some good news, i hope everybody wi'll hear something!

I called yesterday with a NOA2 date of May 5th and they still don't have our case number. She told me they are realistically running 3 weeks out for processing cases.

We're on day 10 since our NOA2 date and this is giving me anxiety. We waited forever for our NOA2 and it's a never-ending waiting. Unlike a few who already have wedding dates, my fiance and I don't. We're gonna elope. But we're hoping to do that mid September. I've heard from another member here that the earliest interview schedule is a month away. I'm going nuts
