Just got RFE today at 113 days does anyone know if there is a way to get answer to what RFE is to for. So can start working on it and can you send ahead of receiving hard copy

This waiting process has taught me the limits of my patience. I am going insane. Checking my mail everyday this week. Hopefully everyone that is from january and still waiting gets their noa2 this week.

Mine as well @dbmathis. No change in my status online. So I think it is still in blocked status. BTW... my calls to the USCIS were disconnected three times. Seems they don't like talking to me for more then 5 minutes. LOL

I may or may not, just depends on the data, which is still junk at this point. I am going to keep an eye on things and see if they keep updating approvals online. I will run another scan after 10 tonight and see what it looks like.

Just wanted to update everyone on my status. I look on here every day and read all the stories however I never post. I want to inform you that the online status checker updated tonight regarding my case.

 

Received: 1.23.2017

noa1: 2.09.2017

noa2: 5.17.2017

 

I will continue to pray that everyone's cases come through soon as well. Thank you for the mental support.

 

 

FYI: This is my second time filing k1 visa.... second marriage. This time felt like it took forever.

Our received date is Jan 17th, with Noa1 on Jan 18th. Some files before and after us already got their Noa2 but we still wait. Hopefully today or this first week of May will be our day to get Noa2 or RFE.
