Ok silly question mostly directed toward the Canadian filers. In our packet it says to return the signed packet 3...do we need to provide the documents right away as well? Given that from the time we will send the document to the time we will have our interview the letter of intent to marry might be outdated it is weird. It also doesn't make mention of sending the documents on the checklist through email, only the acknowledgement that we have them and will bring them in for the interview.

Hey guys, any other January filers still waiting for NOA2 (NOA1 24th here)? I've been pretty calm so far but honestly, its getting so frustrating. From their "We are working on November 15th cases" ridiculous answer to the online tracker not working, its getting pretty annoying. :/

Yep! Still waiting! Our NOA1 is January 13th! We are expecting an RFE! But can't wait to get it! I actually can't get my head around that it's May and we are still waiting! Haha I remember when we sent it off (January 4th!!) We thought it would be approved by March! Haha wishful thinking! It's tough, but worth it. I hope you get your approval soon!

OMG guys! After 122 days, finally my fiancé and I got our approval (NOA1 date of January 13th). I cannot help but wonder if it is linked with the request we sent to our congresswoman on the 9th, but it would be very early. As our notice date says the 10th. I was so down and sad lately and now I am so relieved. In 2-3 months I will get to be with my loved one. My packet 3 is ready to be sent as soon as the case is assigned!

Got an email from our lawyer while I was at work, I had to call my fiancé right away, and he was just getting home and sure thing he found our NOA2 in the mailbox as well!

Just like everyone else, case still says received on the website.

Congrats! yesterday was our day ! :P

Wishing the best to everyone else who are waiting!

Good luck everyone, especially those who are early January or maybe even December or November.

I understand it should come this week, it took around five days to get the mail in California. Crossing fingers for you guys

Hello!
Just a silly question

We filled Jan the 28th, the USCIS Case Status says received the 1st of Feb and the email we received from USCIS Feb 6th ("case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS California Service Cente")

Which is our NOA1 date?

Sorry for the silly question :(
