I know what you mean... I dont get to see my fiance often enough, and have only seen our 2 year old son twice in person.  Luckily get to see them both everyday online.

Can you image this without technology?

Yes, thank goodness for technology (we are both grateful for), I just hope that USCIS starts utilizing it to it's fullest in the near future so that those following us don't have to endure this that we have. I hope your get to see all of you family very soon, permanently.

I read something a few days about about USCIS having to go back to an older system because the "new" one was full of bugs.  I would love to know if this is what caused the online systems to stop reporting.

Two things the government cannot do is fast and cheap.

Well that is the official line from USCIS, but we know that many cases in January and February 2017 have been processed.

It's a half-truth and the SAFE/CANNED message that they give everyone. While it is true that there are some poor devils that have NOA1 of November that have yet to have their case touched, they are the exceptions, not the norm. The truth is, about 80%+ of January cases have either been approved or RFE

We know this as a FACT. How? They assign the case numbers in sequential order 1,2,3,4,5.... So we can just increment through them all of the cases and check everyone's case status online, programmatically. We actually have done this.

Straight BS, more than likely you will receive your approval in the mail within this month. USCIS is saying that to protect themselves.

This is an example, it could be 3 or 4 November cases that could still be out for a RFE and they can now claim they are up to "November" cases, this is automated talk.

I was pretty pissed off that the congressman I dealt with said the same BS. Just know that your NOA 2 is more than likely on it's way to your mailbox.

OMG guys! After 122 days, finally my fiancé and I got our approval (NOA1 date of January 13th). I cannot help but wonder if it is linked with the request we sent to our congresswoman on the 9th, but it would be very early. As our notice date says the 10th. I was so down and sad lately and now I am so relieved. In 2-3 months I will get to be with my loved one. My packet 3 is ready to be sent as soon as the case is assigned!

Got an email from our lawyer while I was at work, I had to call my fiancé right away, and he was just getting home and sure thing he found our NOA2 in the mailbox as well!

Just like everyone else, case still says received on the website.

OMG good for you, amazing feeling you have now

Its so uppsetting. Cant sleep well even at my work.

Does the USCIS will send the mail to me and to my fiance?   Or they will send the mail to my attorney only? And my attorney will notify me.

Thanks.
