Can you get the shots before the medical if u don't have them?? Or do u wait until the medical?

You can get the shots before the medical as long as you have a verifiable record and it will probably be cheap at your doctor than at the medical exam.

But the shots were not free right? I am missing HEP A, influenza lol, pneumococcal, rotavirus and varicella ...I had the chicken pox so I should be cleared on that. I am not sure they would really require me to have the other shots at the medical...You guys have any idea?

Getting the shot at your medical exam is not mandatory but you do need to be current by the time you wan to Adjust your status (AOS)

We weren't in this situation, so I have no idea.  My advice is to search on the VJ forum to see if someone else has had this question (I'm sure lots of other people have been in the same situation).  If you can't find any relevant threads, I would start a thread with that question.  I am sure lots of members here have great advice to give you! :)  Best of luck with the whole process!  Once you get your NOA2, you are really so close to being done.

I have a similar situation. Previous 2 tax returns (2014,2015) I barely made above poverty line because I was in school. In 2016 graduates, moved to a different state, and have 2 employees (full time + part time).

For our I 134 I'm just sent in my fiancé the return for 2016 tax year as I made 1000% more and also have the two current employers write me letters stating my annual pay rate, position  description, and if permanent. Both of my positions by the way (both in government; one federal, one state level) are temporary appointments  because they are funds-dependent. But I'mnot too worried about it. Both of my employers indicated on letters "there are plenty of funds available for the position beyond employment appointment".

Also included bank statement with total cash deposits in for last year, current balance, and when account wa a opened.

where does it state you need tax transcript going back 3 years?

thx :)

When did "evidence of petitioners domicile "

appear? Is this requires for all embassies?

Isnt a w-2 from

an employer or a tax return showing the address sufficient for "evidence" and a voting record/Deivers license wouldn't be necessary as "evidence"?

I don't know if it's required for all embassies.  It was on our Packet 3 checklist, so we looked up what other people had done and included that evidence.  I don't think they asked my fiancé for it.  They literally asked us for about 10% of the stuff we had brought, but we had to have it all just in case.

So we have our NOA2 and now I have a few questions

My love will be bringing her sweet daughter with her

Do we need to do separate DS-160 forms for them?

Do we need to have the interview?

Not so sure how the K-2 process works

thanks in advance

Hi, yes. You will need to compete two DS-160 forms and pay the fee for both and have medical appointments for both as well. Age 14 and up are required at the interview. Check your embassy for specific requirements. Good luck!

YESSS!! Got called out of bed at 2 am by my fiancee who was holding up our NOA2!!

Notice date is 05/09 and just like everybody else USCIS' website still says received.

I was starting to get a little impatient since we already made a downpayment on a venue and made arrangements for our September wedding. So happy to finally get some closure on this NOA2, hoping they round up the remaining January filers quickly. I believe most of them are already on their way!

Congrats!!!! Very good news. :)

It isn't so accurate because they have many different places to get your medical done & on the rapid visa it only has the capital of the country.. but $130 sounds good.

I believe you're to wait from instructions in Packet 3 which tells you where to complete your medical and what you will need to do it! 😀

Here is what I used to establish income. Consider using more than one source. This is an aggregate approach. You have come too far to fail at an interview because you didn't take the time to collect as much information possible.

ESTABLISHING YOUR INCOME:

            (a) EMPLOYER LETTER:
            A letter from your employer (from your employer or the office manager, or director of human resources, on their letterhead, with a date), stating:
            * Your date of hire,
            * Your position; and
            * Your rate of pay & annual salary;

            (b) PROOF OF INCOME:
            If you receive social security, VA benefits, or a pension, please provide an eligibility letter, and proof of how much you receive per month (or per year);

            (c) PAY STUBS:
            1-2 months’ worth of pay stubs;

            (d) TAX RETURNS TRANSCRIPTS:
            Copies of your federal tax returns (just the federal, not state) for 2016, 2015, & 2014. Please obtain TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPTS FROM THE IRS. You can call them or go on their website (www.irs.gov) to request.

            TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPTS:
            Obtain TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPTS from the IRS—these are easy to get, are compact, and definitive. Call the IRS 800 number and order the tax return transcripts.

Yup you needs the w2 for the previous years, but maybe you could include a letter from your actual employer and your pay stubs for this job.
