so ive had 3 different jobs in thr psst year, 1 because we moved to a new state, then i moved after 6 months for school and got a new job. then i decided to come back home, and i havr a new job that makes more money than the other two, im getting all the employment papers but will it be an issue for them to see if and different amounts of income in only a year?

It should not be an issue ...and even if it was, what could you do about it? You could always just explain the situation. What matter is that you have the proper income, that you moved and your situation changed happens and even more in our circumstances! If I was you I would try not to worry too much about things you cannot control.

Newbie on this forum but a long-time lurker, and I'm stoked the petition I filed for my (same-sex) partner finally got approved. I was getting frustrated and losing hope because my case should've been approved by May 3-10. I thought my case had been sitting for 104 days. Weirdly enough, my approval notice came in the mail today and it got approved on May 5 (95 days from NOA1). Thanks to all who advised us to check our mails. 😊 Good luck and I hope for approvals for those who are still waiting to come soon.

So we have our NOA2 and now I have a few questions

My love will be bringing her sweet daughter with her

Do we need to do separate DS-160 forms for them?

Do we need to have the interview?

Not so sure how the K-2 process works

thanks in advance

Thank you very much.. my fiancé has most of them..

If your fiancé has already had chicken pox, he won't need to get the chicken pox vaccine.  We were worried that we would have to somehow show proof that my fiancé had had chicken pox, but he just told them and they said, "Oh, okay, you don't need that one then."  Super easy on that front. :)

How much did the medical come to and how many shots did your fiancé take?
