Thank you! I hope all goes well with you too! 

Yes the current weather situation is terrible right now,

unfortunately it reminds me so much of Taiwan when I went in January to March,

that just adds onto the pain of waiting through days like these, but I know it will be all worth it once the letter arrives.

Hello, I am a silent reader here. I would like to share that I received our NOA2 through mail last Thursday. Sorry, it took time for me to  inform you guys. I would like to thank you all, the waiting game was bearable because of you guys. If it is not for this forum, we have no idea what's going on with our applications. Approval date was on May 5, the crazy week/s wasn't crazy after all. We love you guys! cheers to our new chapter!

Thank you! my fiancee is from the Phils. too. I have read all the ups and downs of this thread. I am glad most are happy now but we pray for those who have not receive their NOA2 yet. It just a matter of days..we all gonna be happy in the end.

She was born and raised in Metro Manila with all the crazy traffics hahaha. Yes, I agree amazing place just skip the city. Beach in Visayas and Mindanao are the best.

Yes, she said it's a nice place to retire as well someday. Buy a house by the beach. I told her we will someday, I'll work my ### of first  here so we can have a vacation beach house LOL

sounds the same my friend, we agree she comes here and when the time comes, well I go there...seems fair to me

So we save for my retirement...no better place than the Phils
