We got our RFE on Apr 26, received the letter on May 5th. Then we sent it back on May 8th and USCIS received it today. Hope we both get our approvals soon! But honestly I don't have high hopes. I'm preparing myself for another month of waiting game.

I got an RFE 4/25 sent it in next day, and just received my noa2 today. Good luck the wait will soon be over 🙏🏼

Is the NOA2 letter coming to the petitioner (in the US) or the beneficiary (overseas)? Just wanted to make sure if I should tell my fiancé to check his mailbox or if I should be.

Congrats to all the approvals - good luck on the next step!

It's coming to Petitioner ( in the US ) snails mail. So, like everyone said "Check the mail box!." Good luck!

Hi all

I have been silently following this forum for a while now as my fiance and I anxiously await the arrival of our NOA2. We have an NOA1 date of 1/03 which puts us at 128 days of waiting now with no news. Its awful. I was wondering if any of the recent approvals have been from NOA1 dates of 1/03? I noticed on many of the scans that it looked like there were still some applications from 1/3 to get through.

We just don't understand why it's taking so long! My fiance is from Norway and our application seemed simple- no prior marriages, no kids, and we lived together in the U.S for years while we were both students here  Any input from 1/03 filers would be greatly appreciated!

And congrats to all who have recently been approved!

I've seen so many joys today seeing all of you got Noa2 approval on the mail today. I still believe that we will get RFE because one of missed check. I just hope USCIS will inform this soon, so my fiance can reply it as soon as he received the letter.
