Congrats on all of the approvals!!! Glad to know it's just the online system. Now, for me, the worry begins, of if my mail got lost or delivered to the wrong box. Here where I live, the postman puts everyone's letters in the wrong boxes, packages are lost daily to thieves that got the wrong mail. etc. I can just hope at this point that the letter doesn't end up on some loser's mailbox.

I wonder if all the scans of each month has made the website go down. It's multiple people scanning thousands of cases each day, which if the USCIS isn't use to it or isn't designed to take that many hits then it could possibly go haywire. It's just weird that the website is down and hasn't been updating correctly in the last 2 weeks, but yet people are getting their NOA2's through the mail... Just an assumption.

Long time reader here.

 

Just got my hard copy NOA2!!! I am currently listed online as "case received" not even touched so you can imagine my surprise!

 

It says that the petition has been sent to NVC and will move forward to his embassy after that!

I just got our NOA2 today. It says my petition was approved on May 05, 2017.  This was one of the days with little/no movement. 

 

When I checked the status online, it still says that my petition was received on January 27, 2017. 

 

NOA1 - January 27

NOA2 - May 05

 

I hope a lot more cases has been approved and  status was just not updated online. Hope you all receive good news when you check your mail

I doubt it, but who knows. Most of the time, they use a backend SQL database, which is designed to have thousands and thousands of queries at any given moment. I think it's just bad luck for us.

Hello everyone,

 

Hope this news will help. My fiancé just got the NOA2 approval mail today with the approval date of May 1st. However, the status is still showing "case received" in the system. I think there must be some system glitches with that case tracker. Don't give up!

You enter the wac number like how you text on the old phones (922), then after you hear your case status,  you select to speak about a problem with your case and you will steak to a representative,  just make sure you get to a tier 2 officer.

First time posting but I've been reading everything

 

We just got our NOA2 in the mail! Like others, online status still says "Case Received". I wanted nothing more than to celebrate my fiancé's birthday (on Tuesday) with this and looks like we got our wish!

 

Application received 1/25

NOA1 1/30

NOA2 5/5

I am happy to advised everyone that after 2weeks of waiting after my RFE have been received, I received my Noa2 today , approved 5/8

We are approved as of 5 May 17.
