I went to my congressman's office yesterday and they said they will let me know what's going on, I'll update if I hear any news.

after contacting USCIS and how they give vanilla answers even their tier 2 officers, i felt it was a necessary step especially because it hit 120 days.

Great to know this!. Thanks for sharing the info. We also plan to contact congressman if we don't hear anything after 120 days. For now we are on 114 days.

how ever the theory of the case status being broken seams correct. Serval filers received the  case approved letter yesterday. But the app still says received. I kind of lost hope on the apps and will be focusing on my snail mail. At least until they fix the problem.

Ok. That's good to know. I'm on 93 days but just wanted to know other people's thoughts on the matter. Because I can't see them speeding up any time soon.

Same here - I spoke to my fiancé this morning and we agreed that we should just focus on the snail mail for now. So she's going to check every day after work (she's usually terrible with mail and only looks once every week or so) and see if we get something. I said to her that it would be quite fitting if that's how we end this phase of the journey, as we started it with an agonising wait for her bank to mail new checks out so we could submit our payment and application!

 

Good luck, everyone. I know it's been a really tough couple of weeks, but it's been nice to have some support and company throughout.

@LolaaBrett did your status change this morning online yet? I'm curious if last night upgrades changed. Since you got a hard copy approval but your online status did not reflect that, you may be the only way we can confirm if  the reporting is working again.

I got the hard copy in the mail yesterday but it still says received.

That is too bad. If you could please send us a message @LolaaBrett when you see that change, so that we can once again regain our trust in governmental software working properly.  

 

@dbmathis is your script scraping the website or is it pulling from other sources like an xml feed that might give us other information besides what the website tool is giving us?

You will get approved soon.. try to do things to ease your mind off of it because I remember being on this website every second & seeing everyone after me getting approved was driving me nuts.
